We will only charge you those fees required by the product provider (such as a mortgage valuation fee) or where the advice is purely fee based.
 
All charges disclosed before you do business
Before we conduct any business on your behalf, we will issue you with an illustration disclosing all commissions and monies paid to Platinum.

  We will neither telephone you nor call on you in person to try to secure further business.
   
  We protect your identity
  Unlike many other companies, we will not ask you to send valuable identity documents in the post, whether copies or otherwise.
   
  We respect your privacy
